Based on your data analysis project, develop a proposal that addresses the additional competencies you selected on your project proposal form. Requirements for the proposal include:
Identification of selected competencies
Briefly describe the culminating project overview and its purpose. Include a short summary of the findings of your data analysis.
Describe your final proposal (e.g., policy recommendation, health education program, evaluation tool, etc). Make sure your proposal includes a recommendation to address issues identified as a result of data analysis and/or literature review
Estimated length 3-5 pages
I choose you as you had done the literature review and have good idea about the project.
You can use any competencies listed in the project approval form. You can make up the data analysis showing the connection between diabetes and cardiovascular disease. you can use the literature review to give recommendations.
