Draft a (fictitious) letter in response to FEMA Administrator Craig Fugate’s Whole Community Doctrine memo indicating why you feel the doctrine will have a positive impact on the economy of disasters.

In doing so, ensure your ‘letter’ is properly formatted and proofed and or course spell check.

Your letter should be the logical extension of your detailed assessment and analysis of the Doctrine and its possible impacts to community economies that have been the victims of disaster or that may yet be such and are struggling to prepare for future disastrous events.
