For this assignment you should 1. identify a particular passage or scene in Ourika and identify the particular moment during the historical period that you want to compare it to 2. describe what happens in the Ourika scene (preferably providing a quote identified by page number) and what happened in the corresponding historical period 3. analyze how the story of Ourika provides a particular meaning or understanding of issues during the historical period.
