- Explanation of how one element of plot leads to the next (15 points possible)

- Discussion of the relationship between the protagonist(s) and antagonist(s) (15 points possible)
- Analysis of main characters (15 points possible)
- Correct use of paragraph form (15 points possible)
- Correct use of grammar, punctuation, and spelling, and all direct quotations cited in MLA Style (refer to the “Grammar, Usage, and Mechanics Handbook” section on pages R24–R28 of your textbook and the writing guidelines in the Appendix of this course). (10 points possible)
