Reflective journal on course material
A reflective journal based on module material.
Please write a reflective journal or the course module. Please try to use information from the module material. Please try to make the journal answer the 4 questions.
The student will keep a reflective journal related to the topics studied in this course.
There will be an entry for each module. Each entry will include:
1. New information/insights learned your “ah ha moment” (from class activities, videos,
etc.)
5 marks
2. Your thoughts/feelings regarding this new learning outcome.

3. How this information will assist you personally and professionally (in your role as a
Health Care Aide)

4. Is there anything relating to the outcomes that you are unclear about or have questions
about? Explain.

The journal will be handed in after completion of each learning outcome and at the
completion of the course.
