I need help writing a very important speech. This is not for a class project. This is for me personally. I am having a hard time finding the best words to express this decision I made. I recently finalized the sell of my company in Mexico. I sold 50% of my shares to the management company I have had on retainer for the last 5 years. It was a hard decision but personally it needed to be done. My Father started the company and past away over 5 years ago. Since then I have been doing my best running it while leaving in the states. I thought maybe someone who is not personally connected to help me write a strong, motivational speech without me getting over emotional. I want to a positive speech announcing the sale 50% of shares. So as of tomorrow I will be 50% owner. I hope you can help me write a compelling speech to motivate, have them understand my needs and express the difficulties it was for me to decide to do this. And this is overall the best thing for the company to grow.
