Introduction and project overview
It should provide a short synopsis of your entire project report. It should be concise – ideally a page in length – and easy to understand. You should write this section of your plan after you have completed the rest. E.g, overview about the organization and the type of the network that been used to exchange the information among of the employee
Project scope and requirements
A Project Scope is a document intended to define the various requirements necessary for a Management of Data Network project to meet its business objectives.
Explain the Network architecture & setup of chosen Computing technology. E.g Computer network architecture, and network security types
Project approach and plan (Methodology)
Write a brief description and explain various characteristics of the topic. The students required to explain the methodology that been used in the project. The important thing to note is that most approaches involve the same steps:
Plan the overall strategy, approach, and team structure (how did you build the network , what type of network you will build )
Define the project requirements (What is the hardware and software do you need to build the network. What type of security we use to Transfer data)
Design interaction and visual concepts and evolve them into detailed specifications (what is the network type and topology, how to design the security authorization and Authentication )
Develop, test, and refine the solution (What is the technology that been used to develop the network? E.g, Metropolitan Area Networks, Local Area network. What is the security tools that been used for the network.)
Extend the project by making recommendations for improvements
Project Design.
Explain the system architecture & setup of chosen Computing technology. E.g Computer network architecture. (How does network security work?, and How do you benefit from network security?)
Project limitations and Challenges
List all benefits, limitations and opportunities for future.
Project Evaluation and leans learnt
Evaluation and your comments on the whole application. Explain what you have learned from this Project. Depending on your findings, summarize the issues (business related and technological) that should be considered when developing a similar system.
Summary / Conclusion
It is an essential and effective part of a study provided it summarizes well the contents of your essay. Students should be able to conclude the whole report in a concise, structured manner.
9. Bibliography / References
This section consists of the list of academic journals, textbooks, articles and reports etc. that the student utilized in compiling the project report. This section will appear at the end of your report. The students are expected to reference all their sources in an APA format. These references are set by the APA guidelines and there are numerous sources on the Web that outline these guidelines as well.
