As a potential female worker and /or an HR professional in Saudi Arabia, you must be aware of the legal context and knowledgeable of the Saudi labor law provisions in general and the rights of women in particular.
Assignment # 3 aims at encouraging you to seek knowledge and understanding of the legal context impacting staffing decisions and strategies in the Saudi business environment.
