b) assess their competitive position looking forward, as follows:
a) Analyze the company’s business model. Describe the company’s competitive position and how they
create value. Use both the business model canvas (week 2) and SWOT analysis (week 2). Include the
canvas and SWOT analysis in your submission, and to drive your analysis.
b) Imagine that you are the CEO of the company and you are thinking about competitive position for the
next 5 years. What changes do you anticipate, if any, in the company business model and competitive
position? Explain your answer.

Q2 . The Psychology of Influence Review the article on “Harnessing the Science of Persuasion.” (week 4) Write an essay about how to persuade, including a) what each of the 6 influence factors is and how each works, and b) a NEW example for each factor that is NOT from the article. It can be drawn from your personal experience, the news, or the experience of people you know, etc.. Feel free to be creative with this assignment, but make sure your examples are concrete examples of each factor.
