The importance of capability in MDT for effective healthcare (you can change the title)
Essay question: In order to provide effective health care to individuals, medical professionals must be willing to work and capable of working as part of a multidisciplinary team.’ Discuss the above statement, indicating your position on the topic. To support your thesis, select two illnesses/conditions for which a multidisciplinary approach to treatment is recommended.
– My position agrees with the statement and I choose head and neck cancer and gastrointestinal malignancies as the two illnesses for support. Also, you have to develop counter arguments for support too.
