20 Minute Presentation [following formative simulation and mini-project]
Project Management of a Mini Project
You will work on project management a mini-project of your choice (options below). In doing so you will use your experience engaging with a mini-project and/or project management simulation; and, your knowledge of agile project management, design management and design thinking to make decisions and observe challenges faced. Including those challenges faced when managing resources and delivering outputs that account for time, cost and quality.
20 Minute Presentation +10 Q&A
(i need the wording that i will be saying for each slide that will be for 20mins long) and questions and answers as well.
On completion of the mini-project you will individually prepare and present a 20-min presentation (plus 10 mins Q&A), which evaluates and explains the project performance drawing on the frameworks you have been introduced to across the course..
Your presentation should be prepared for a professional audience. Presentation style is one of comment and analysis.
