Creating a vision and communicating it are two important stages towards addressing the community mental health challenge. Addressing mental health issues requires the contributions of different experts and the community in general. The stakeholders are drawn from different backgrounds and have an immense wealth of knowledge, experiences, and contributions. Leadership is required to ensure that all the stakeholders have a shared understanding of the problem and work collaboratively towards the solution. Having a defined vision that incorporates all the positives derived
