You will write up your version of a group report 500 words including minutes meetings between yourself
and fellow classmates to summarise your findings, where you identify different team-based problems that
the car company could face in the future and how these can be overcome, explain what makes an effective
team as opposed to an ineffective team, include a self-evaluation appendix of how you interacted with your
team mates to resolve personal, team and task-based problems.
Analyse relevant team and group development theories to support the development of dynamic
cooperation. You will need to apply academic management theories to your own experience of working in a
team to solve the potential problems facing Brakemore UK. Decide together which theories will work and
which ones won’t for teams in different departments run by different types of managers.
Critically analyse and evaluate the relevance of team development theories in context of organisational
behaviour concepts and philosophies that influence team behaviour in the work place at Brakemore UK. As
a team, you will need to discuss the good and bad points of different management and leadership theories to
motivate teams in the context of the above car company
