The topic i choose is social enterprise specifically in the educational sector, coming up with a research question and applying the method of social enterprise in the educational sector in a country like Qatar where the term of social enterprise is not well known and not much used or implemented.
(example of research question that could be changed if you can come up with a better one) What are the factors for an educational social enterprise to be sustainable in Qatar?
Your Mid thesis draft will be due for 15 March. This 8 to 12 pages document will have to cover:
-a draft of your Introduction chapter:
.what is your topic and why you chose it
.based on your topic, what is the research question that you will cover in your thesis
.what will be the scope of you research (i.e.: public sector in Qatar, or this specific category of consumer, or this type of population, or in the GCC countries …)
-a draft of your Literature Review chapter:
.a list of the main concepts/key-words which will be assessed in your literature review
.and as much as you can write as a first literature review draft, if possible already structured in some sub-paragraphs
-your initial thoughts for the Methodology to collect the findings (Interview and to whom? Or survey, to which type of sample/s of population? Or focus-group ? Or benchmark? .. ?? Or combination of different tools).
