Week 4 of your Brand Management Plan will focus on specific components of the company’s operational (Marketing Mix) strategy based on the “growth opportunity” that you recommended in Section 3 of your BMP.

This section must include your analysis of the product, pricing and distribution elements of the company’s operational plan to include any changes / enhancements to the company’s e-commerce strategy.
