Business and Management
Internal Assessment (A)
Using the most recent on-line information you can find–such as government documents, company statements, and other sources, complete a financial analysis on your company. Be sure to include not only the calculations for pertinent financial ratios in your discussion, but also what your findings indicate about your company. Highlight (discuss) specific good or bad ratios that help explain the company’s current position in the market. Keep in mind, a ratio’s meaning is derived when compared/contrasted to its historical numbers AS WELL AS when compared/contrasted to its competitors’ ratios.
Part III- Internal Assessment (B)
Include a current organizational chart for your company. If necessary, create an improved organizational chart, followed by an explanation of why these changes might improve the company. Include a discussion on organizational structure and why your structure is superior to the one in place. If no change is suggested, be sure to discuss in detail why the current structure is superior to a competitor’s structure in the industry.
Parts A & B are worth 10 points total.
No late assignments will be accepted for credit; however, you are expected to have these sections complete and included in your final case analysis.
