International Marketing Plan for E-commerce Company

I initially asked the writer if they needed clarification, and they told me everything was fine. Unfortunately, they took some liberties of their own with this paper. They decided to go a different route with the paper than what was my initial intent and didn’t bother to ask. In addition, spelling, grammar, and punctuation are terrible. The concepts are there, but this will require a lot of revision. For these reasons, I would like to request a different writer.

My intent for this paper was to write a marketing plan for a fictitious company, by the name of Great Goods Inc. This company will act as an intermediary 3rd party seller on the new Australian Amazon marketplace that will use the platform (and their own website) to sell directly to the consumer.

The company will purchase goods to sell using three different methods. First, they will be buying goods using the Arbitrage method in which purchases are made by buying at a lower cost from local retailers and selling at a higher cost on the Amazon Marketplace in Australia. Also, they will use the Wholesale method of procurement where they sign up for accounts with different manufacturers & distributors as a reseller where they can procure goods for a discounted cost and will also sell them for a profit on the Amazon Marketplace in Australia. Lastly, the company will be partnering with local manufacturers to produce our own brand for sports & fitness products. This is known as private labeling in the e-commerce world.

The types of goods being sold will be primarily in the Toys & Games category and the Sports & Outdoors category, and our own fitness brand as mentioned above. Products will be sold on Amazon in Australia as well as the company’s own Australian website (greatgoods.com.au).

The Demographic will be both men and women. Most of the advertising will be taken care of by Amazon since we will be selling products that already exist in the marketplace. For our own branded products we will do advertising on Amazon to drive traffic.

This is the basic synopsis, however, please include information relevant to the Australian market such as political, legal, and cultural information relevant to doing business there.

This is a 10-page Marketing Plan (double-spaced) including an appendix with graphs, exhibits, and
additional company and country information.

I must choose an existing company (real or made up) and then create a marketing strategy to introduce an original product or service to a new market segment in a new country for the
chosen company.

I’d like to use a fictitious e-commerce company by the name of Gread Goods Inc.that is entering the Australian Market due to the fact that Amazon’s Australian marketplace opened up recently.

Format:

– Title Page
– Executive Summary
– Strategic Situation Summary (Company and Country)
– Marketing Strategy including Branding and Positioning
– Coordination and Implementation
– Conclusion
– Bibliography and Appendices

Both secondary and primary data are necessary to complete this project. All secondary sources must be
properly cited in footnotes and the bibliography using the APA format. The bibliography can include references
to data from the company, its competitors, industry reports, relevant government reports, and customer
reports. In total, there should be at least 10 independently cited sources. Wikipedia is not an acceptable
source.
