One example of such technology is CTRL-Kit (https://www.ctrl-labs.com/ctrl-kit/) being developed by CTRL Labs. Taking this technology as a possible transformational agent, develop a digital transformational plan and strategy for an organization you are familiar with. Digital transformational plan and strategy set specific objectives and approaches to transforms external and internal business processes, structures, technology, organizational culture, people, and customer experiences using disruptive digital technologies (in this case the CTRL-KIT). You are essentially envisioning the ways in which your chosen organization’s business processes, structures, model, technology, culture, people, and customer experiences can be transformed using this technology. Remember, the size and scale of an organization that you chose are not relevant. However, considering the time and space constraints, try to focus on a small to medium size organization. In your report, briefly mention the background of the company and the rationale for choosing it.
