This is a letter to financial aid

This letter will serve as an explanation to my poor academic performance in the first semester. The key details are:
-Parents divorcing
-Parents fighting all the time
-I live with mom
-She can’t afford my education
-My dad is overseas and he can’t/won’t send money
-Mom’s overwhelmed with 2 younger brothers

this needs to be an emotional 1 page essay that will reinstate my financial aid without which I will fail in life.
