The 2017 Hurricanes of Irma and Maria devastated the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Although its been several years, the disaster management community is still articulating what recovery looks like for the island. Research and develop a project worksheet that would articulate the major projects, costs, and timelines for project completions.

What are the financial appropriations allocated for the disaster?
What are the total landed costs of the disaster?
What the major cost categories and scope?
