Alot of essential points are covered.Few observations
1) why a 5year plan when the lecturer said 3years
2) there wasn’t much info on pricing (what if a competitor starts selling a loaf of bread for ghc 3)
3) Distribution (aside their sales people in traffic and having stands at supermarkets.how about having delivery options)
4)if bread is one of the most consumed food products in Ghana,why diversify to cookie production( which I believe is less consumed in ghana).when u can diversity to ginger bread,raisins bread,coconut bread
5)Promotion/advertising: why is it mainly social media.there’s still a huge population not on social media.Traditional media eg.tv and radio should be included
6) who are the main competitors?? Is is fresh bite,bread boutique,bakeries in the various communities.how is A1 differentiating its products from the others
