1. Discuss the reactions to the Change effort through the Change Curve (denial, anger, exploration, Acceptance etc). Identify the people impacted and their reactions

B) Effectiveness of its communication strategy
1. Discuss how and how well the organization communicates its change initiative to prepare employees for the change including specific communication barriers encountered (Unfreezing, Changing and Refreezing phase).
