This assignment challenges you to address your own thoughts and actions as a future emergency manager. Write a 2-3 page reflection paper in which you:
Discuss how our own cultural biases can add to the challenges of emergency response and recovery efforts to diverse communities now and the future. Support your statements with examples in which you identify your own cultural biases and how these have (or how you can imagine these would) impact your efforts as an emergency manager.
