For this essay, it requires extensive knowledge on using EXCEL (analyse large amount of data, creating graphs, pivot table, and regressions), as the whole essay is based on an excel dataset.

Using the telecom dataset (I have attached the dataset in here) Preview the document attached, answer the following questions based on your own analysis.
· What according to you are the most important determinants of customer churn at this company? Present convincing arguments based on insights from the dataset and/ or other research about the industry
· What are the limitations of your argument?
· Based on your analysis propose possible interventions or next steps that the management team should consider
· Please be precise and suggest mechanisms to test the impact of the interventions
Please write your report in a way that can be read and understood by a non-technical audience.

In order to answer the questions, you will need to sort the data set into graphs or pivot table where relevant, or use regression to analyse it where suitable.
