The first section is due on Sunday, which is the Training rationale, which includes the following Identify learning requirements with a needs analysis for the target population. Group the learning needs into logical clusters of learning outcomes. Develop training program goals from clusters of learning outcomes, and then develop learning objectives for each program goal (cognitive or behavioral). I have included an example of a project training plan for your convenience. In the requirements document that I included prior, I provided what my professor had approved which was one full day of supervisor training which can be new employees or employees who were promoted. I also attached that again for your convenience. Help 🙁
