This is to be a critique of the book see instructions below:
A CRITIQUE is not a summary in itself but also analyzes the book for content, style, and sources. Your critique should contain a brief synopsis of the main argument or premise of the book. Discuss the strength and weaknesses of the book. Does the author provide sufficient information and documentation in the book to convince you of the main argument? What is the significance of the book? Is the book a new and unique viewpoint or a rehash? Don’t accept that face value of the work; be aware of the biases in such works.
Critique should be written with the following headers and format:
Topic
Content/Style/Sources
Synopsis
Strength/Weakness
Convincing
Significance
New/rehash
Bias
The critique is to be 4-5 pages in length. The work must be completed using the APA style sheet. You need not provide a cover sheet or outline but must include a reference page and quotes and internal reference as needed.
