· Your next paper assignment will require you to accurately summarize at least two sources, analyze them, and choose which you find most reasonable and convincing. Unfortunately, a common temptation is to let our own beliefs and biases affect how we evaluate someone else’s point of view. What are some ways we can approach an argument with an open mind? Why is this important in an academic exercise?
