Instructions
1 . Describe in detail the process for identifying what type of client would or would not need medical clearance prior to beginning an exercise training program. Consider current training status/history, CMR disease, and current symptoms. Also, indicate the intensity at which the individual could safely begin training.
2. What is the CRE and RT FITT-P for an individual that has been resistance training 3 times per week for the past 3 months? His goal is maximizing muscular hypertrophy.

4. In your own words, explain the following principles of training: Overload, Specificity, Individuality, and Reversibility. Include a description of each principle along with an example of how the principle can be applied to exercise prescription.
