Write a 2-page report detailing the food safety record for those foods (1 paragraph per food).

Questions to ask yourself in your research:

Have any foodborne illness outbreaks been linked with this food?
Have any recalls been linked with this food?
What caused these illnesses/recalls?
How widespread was the outbreak/contamination?
Was the outbreak/contamination successfully traced back to the source?
How was the outbreak/contamination controlled?
