Students are required to write a 3-4-page critical analysis paper on the book Keepin’ It Real:
School Success Beyond Black and White. Students should discuss the argument of the book.
Also, students should provide their discussion about the book. Students must avoid summarizing
the book—that is not the purpose. Like the argumentative essay, I am providing you with
an essay format outline (Political Science/LSJ/JSIS Writing Center) on writing this paper.
