Should the Internet be Banned for Children?

I need a research paper on the topic above. My thesis for it is “Yes and no. The internet shouldn’t be banned for kids as it is a valuable resource, but it should be heavily regulated”. Then I need research done for this thesis diving in depth. Doesn’t have to be too fancy, just to the point and proper. I need 4 sources from the internet for this paper.
